Soundtrack Production 38.1
Introduction : The first film scene I will be analysing is from Fast and Furious 7 . Second scene I will analyse will be from Rambo 2 and the third scene will be from Rush Hour 1 .
Fast and furious 7 scene analysis :
The diegetic sounds included in this scene is a dialogue between hobbs and shaw from 0:00 to 0:39 . The music sounds fierce as if something bad is about to happen which matches the dialogue of the two threatening each other . After this they get both got into a fight and we hear punching and kicking sounds , glass shattering and shootings which creates a fierce aggressive mood.
It contains hyper-real characteristics for example in the fight scene there shaw ' Jason Statham ' spears Hobbs ' Dwayne Johnson ' threw glass at 1min and 6 seconds into the scene and Hobbs also throws Shaw threw glass aswell 48 seconds into the scene and this is very dramatic as its hard to brake there glass so this creates a shocking diabolical atmosphere . The Synchronous sounds that are included in the scene are glass breaking , thudding sounds of punches , tables being flipped over and the synchronous sound of buildings exploding . An examples of the emotional realism technique that's used in the scene when Hobbs and Shaw are having a tense conversation and the sound that the serves the conversation is very fierce which sounds like a quiet heavy bass sound which you can hear from 0:14 into the scene , giving a serious atmosphere as if somethings about to happen .
Rush Hour 1 scene analysis :

Rambo 2 Analysis :

The diegetic sounds in the scene at the beginning are heavy breathing sounds from Rambo ' Sylvester Stallone ' who's being torchured by a assasination group . Other diegetic sounds included are footsteps , screaming sounds from Stallone who's being electricuted . We also hear the cop talking to the Stallone which is like a one-way dialogue as he isn't giving responses to or talks at all throughout the whole scene . The mood created is quite crazy and revengeful as the audience want him to retaliate but he can't do anything . This also contains hyper-realism as he is from 1:40 to 1:45 but he survives it emphasising how strong and resilient he is to everything there doing to him and this makes the audience feel sorry for him .
